If the LED blinks red, you're plugged into a port with slower speeds than required. Conclusion: Only Media Express can capture RGB inputs. If the LED is a solid white, your connection is sound and you can use the card properly. The LED indicator, on the other hand, tells you about the status of your Signal 4K30.
